Open Innovation Platform for the Future of Surgery

The DATIpilot Innovation Community DIIC, Digital Integration and Innovation in Surgery, funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space creates an open, interdisciplinary framework for developing and demonstrating innovative solutions based on open integration concepts, as well as for their transfer into clinical practice. Our goal is to systematically translate current research topics on perioperative support and solutions for the intelligent, connected operating room of the future into clinical practice. A central element of this research and translation community is the professional and financial support of innovative ideas within community projects, which emerge from the community and are driven forward by its members.
